Born from years of dedicated R&D, JJE's unique DirectFlux™ electromagnetic clutch technology overcomes the inherent limitations of conventional reluctance clutch. The resulting power distribution products are faster, safer and more efficient, offering key advantages such as:

Product Portfolio: a scalable solution from single-function to combine-function products

All integrated combo units retain same packaging and mechanical interfaces as traditional open differentials or single‑function devices, which allow vehicle OEMs to offer different drivetrain functions – conventional, disconnect, locker, or combos without changing drive shafts or mounting. The DL Combo, or world’s first device with combined differential, disconnect and locker, is the lead product of these combo products.

The Power Management product portfolio also includes electromagnetic clutches for hybrid mode management and multi-speed transmission shifting, which JJE pioneered in.
