From beginning design to mass production, JJE’s Quality Excellence Management System is integrated within each of our products.  Throughout this whole process, JJE focuses on lean manufacturing and standardization to ensure system efficiency, zero defects, and process cost optimization.  Our Quality Excellence Management System uses tools such as value stream analysis, production layout optimization, automated processes, automated testing, and the Kanban method of manufacturing.

In 2019, JJE won the Outstanding Quality Award from Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles (now Stellantis Group). We see this as a recognition of our relentless pursuit of “zero defect quality”.
